Greek marinated chicken

In the pan, on the grill, on a skewer, this recipe adapts to all tastes and always gives a succulent result. Fast and tasty weekly meals.



Ingredients


  • 2 to 4 chicken breasts

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp chicken base

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp vinegar

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves



Preparation


Cut the breasts into strips or cubes.

Combine all ingredients in a large resealable dish.

Stir chicken breasts into marinade and mix well.

Refrigerate and marinate for 4 to 6 hours.

Cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
